due to typographical error or error in pricing information
received from our suppliers, Bohemia Style will have the right
to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service
listed at the incorrect price. Bohemia Style will have the

site. Bohemia Style will have the right to refuse or cancel
any order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your
credit card charged. If your credit card has already been
charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Bohemia
Style will immediately issue a credit to your credit card
account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Returns and exchanges: We pride
ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you
are not delighted with your purchase, return the unused item
in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund,
less shipping costs.
Returns or exchanges are simple. For

Payments: You agree to make full
payment to Bohemia Style for all merchandise delivered,
including shipping and handling costs. Credits for returned
merchandise will be processed once the item(s) has been
received in any of our Bohemia Style's offices. Withholding
payment once order is delivered, or using fraudulent and/or
stolen payment instruments are unlawful conducts that will be
prosecuted.
Undeliverable - Returned Orders:
Bohemia Style takes every provision to ship your order to the
shipping address provided. We check every label for
completeness and accuracy. Nevertheless, if a parcel is
return to our office as undeliverable due to customer error, a
second shipping charge will be paid before re-delivery.
Order Cancelation: We accept order
cancellations without penalties within 24 hours of order
reception or before such order is shipped, whichever occurs
ealier. Orders cancelled after shipment takes place are
subject to a restocking fee equal to 30% the order's total,
plus return shipment fees.
Minors: Bohemia Style does not
knowingly market to or knowingly solicit information from
minors. Minors are ineligible to use our services, and we do
not want minors to submit any personal information to us. If
you are a minor, you can use this service only under the
supervision of your parents or guardians.
Revisions: Bohemia Style reserves
the right to revise the terms set forth above at any time. All
revisions are posted on this policy page and will be effective
immediately thereafter. By surfing, using, browsing or
purchasing on our website, you are deemed notified of and
bound by any changes to our terms and conditions. We encourage
